Praktiker won Superbrand Award

The first Praktiker store was opened in 1978 in Luxembourg. Since that company has 427 units in 9 countries. In Hungary Praktiker started in 1998, now 17 stores belongs to the chain.

 The Superbrands program was launched
nearly ten years ago. The international program established in 1995
in Great Britain, that is now operational in almost 30 countries
throughout the world, invited the most renowned communication and
marketing professionals world-wide to support the Superbrands
initiative with their expertise and experience. The central body set
up in each country an independent and voluntary committee to ensure
that the worthy brands in a given country are selected to qualify as
Superbrand.
