Podravka takes over Fortenova’s food division
Croatia’s Podravka has agreed to acquire the food companies of the Fortenova Group. The deal is subject to approval by the Croatian competition authority and other regional regulators. The buyer paid a deposit of EUR 15m for the acquisition of six agri-food subsidiaries of Fortenova. Following the acquisition, the companies will be part of Podravka Agri.
