Pick Szeged Zrt.’s profit decreased, but its sales revenue increased last year
Pick Szeged Zrt.’s after-tax profit in 2024 was 6.7 billion forints, while it exceeded 8 billion forints the previous year, the company announced on Tuesday in a report published on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE).
At the same time, its net sales revenue increased: in 2024 it amounted to 85.1 billion forints, while in 2023 it was 83.0 billion forints.
The report highlighted that by continuously optimizing operating efficiency and the product portfolio, Pick Szeged Zrt. was able to ensure stable and profitable management in 2024 as well.
According to the report, the decrease in profit can be attributed to the decrease in financial results. The company produced 32.7 thousand tons of meat products last year, while in 2023 it produced 32.1 thousand tons.
The company has set a sales target of HUF 89.3 billion and an operating profit of HUF 5.2 billion for this year, according to the report.
Pick Szeged Zrt. is present on the BSE Xbond market with its corporate bonds issued in the Growth Bond Program (NKP).
