Penta buys Kaiser Food

Slovakian investors Penta are going to buy 97.3 percent of Kaiser Food Élelmiszeripari Kft. Penta already owns Debreceni Csoport Húsipari Kft., so the Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH) has yet to approve of the deal. Kaiser employs 250 people and its ales revenue was HUF 5 billion last year.
