We could cross almost half the country with the cocoa snails made by Pek-Snack this year
A row of cocoa snails from Budapest to Debrecen, pizza the size of a football field and a volume of flame that rivals the weight of a Boeing 747. These are the key indicators of the 2022 performance of Pek-Snack, Hungary’s and the central European region’s dominant display bakery network. Huge numbers are coming!
A total of 1,471,750 pieces of cocoa snails, one of the most popular products of Igali-based Pek-Snack, were produced this year. If we put them in a row, next to each other, they would cover the entire length of the highway from Budapest to Debrecen. This means that we could cross almost half the country with the tasty cocoa snails. A total of 6,700 kg of cocoa beans were needed to produce them – this amount is almost equal to the weight of a male African elephant.
Pek-Snack employees baked 6,325,440 pieces of pizza this year. With this volume, we could already cover one and a half football fields, because the snacks cover a total of nearly 7,600 square meters. A considerable amount of Kenýérlángos was also placed on the store shelves. The nearly 2,300,000 pieces of flame weigh about 297,840 kg, which is almost the same as the weight of a Boeing 747 passenger airliner, which weighs nearly 300 tons.
