Perfume, LEGO rose and eternal rose are also available at eMAG before Valentine’s Day

In this year’s Valentine’s Day season, perfume is a popular gift category, within which domestic customers are clearly looking for products with oriental fragrances. The fragrance Khamrah by Dubai-based Lattafa Perfumes has been a favorite in recent weeks, popular for its sweet, spicy, and warm tones, and its unisex nature makes it an ideal Valentine’s Day choice for couples. The manufacturer’s men’s and women’s fragrances were also top sellers, with a typical customer ordering a perfume for 8,000-10,000 forints since the beginning of the month.

Another popular product is the evergreen rose, which is a decorative product made of real roses that are preserved with a moisture-replenishing solution, so they can maintain their beauty for years in the included container without any maintenance. There is demand for a variety of different designs: some contain just a rose bud and jewelry or candy, while other sets contain a smaller bouquet of roses, but they are also used to make heart-shaped and teddy bear-shaped eternal bouquets. In addition to red, the evergreen roses are also available in black, blue or other colors, even with LED lighting, for gift recipients of different ages and styles. They were typically ordered for between 7,000 and 10,000 forints on eMAG before this year’s Valentine’s Day.

This year’s novelty is that in addition to LEGO’s Botanicals plant collection, which has been popular for years and is aimed at adults, other manufacturers, such as Lynker, have also made progress with their building kits that model flower bouquets. They offer complex ones, up to 800-1000 pieces, so a fairly long “playtime”, and in addition to roses, buildable versions of a range of plants, from artificial orchids to illuminated bonsai trees, are available in the range of products typically priced between 5-10 thousand forints.

On Valentine’s Day, you don’t necessarily have to stick to gift types that some might consider too “syrupy”: if you know your partner’s favorite movie, series or video game, you can find the right one for them from a wide selection of gaming and film relics. The same is true for board games offering cooperative gameplay, which are guaranteed to keep the evenings following Valentine’s Day free from arguments.
