Palinkat tax stamp on Pannonhalmi Törkölypálinka

According to the new palinka regulation in 2008 Hungarian palinkas could get a seperate palinka tax stamp.

Pannonhalmi Pálinkárium
owned by Győri Likőrgyár is one of Hungary's most important
palinka producers. Company ordered the exclusive first palinka tax
stamp from the Hungarian Customs and Finance Guard. On 25th February there was a small
event when the first palinka tax stamp was past on company's famous
Törkölypálinka (grapebrandy).

Legal protection, also palinka tax
stamp brings the opportunity for one of the hungarikums (traditional
and typical, special and unique Hungarian product) to become
qualitative international brand contributing a better country image.
