Panattoni Hungary is building its newest logistics center in Mosonmagyaróvár with a new investment, nearly 70 percent of which was leased before construction began, Panattoni Hungary announced. The unique feature of the exceptionally located, 27,000 square meter development is that it will be among the first in Hungary to build an electric truck parking lot and charging station as part of the project. The first tenant of Panattoni Park Moson, Fiege, which has contracted for 18,000 square meters, will be able to take possession of the property in early 2026; the handover of the entire investment is expected in the second quarter of 2026.

The strategic importance of the Mosonmagyaróvár development is emphasized by the fact that it is being implemented on a plot with exceptional geographical features; near the Austrian, Slovak and Hungarian triple borders. The site has direct access to the region’s main transport artery, the M1 motorway, offering an ideal location and visibility for players interested in international transport and distribution.

The Panattoni Park Moson project is starting with a significant pre-leasing success: an agreement was reached with the first tenant, Fiege Szállítmányozási és Logisztikai Kft., for approximately 70 percent of the area during the initial phase of construction.

“It is crucial for Fiege to expand its capacities in strategically located, modern and sustainable logistics centers that can support both our customers’ needs and our sustainability goals in the long term. Panattoni Park Moson fits perfectly with these aspirations, and we look forward to further strengthening our presence in Hungary and Central Europe with our new center after the development is handed over,”

– said Gergely Hepp, Managing Director of Fiege Group SEE.
