MOL opened a Fresh Corner unit at Nyugati Railway Station
Ten years after the launch of Fresh Corner, MOL is once again taking the consumer experience to a new level: as part of a pilot project launched jointly with MÁV, the quality offering of MOL Fresh Corner is now available to passengers at Nyugati Railway Station. Also jointly with MÁV, the bistro car service was launched on a pilot basis on the summer Balaton InterCity trains in June, as well as the kiosk at Déli Railway Station.
Further strengthening its railway presence, MOL is expanding its pilot project with MÁV to develop railway and railway station hospitality with a new location: a Fresh Corner unit is now waiting for passengers at Nyugati Railway Station. After the Déli pályaudvari kiosk and the Kék Hullám InterCity bistro cars, this is the third passenger-related location that offers the premium coffee and food assortment known from filling stations – quickly, conveniently, tailored to the needs of everyday commuters and long-distance travelers. By expanding the service, MOL aims to offer its quality services where people actually live their lives – in everyday life, during trips, in the city or in the countryside. And summer is clearly about travel, about those on the road.
The offer of the Nyugati pályaudvari Fresh Corner kiosk is almost identical to the premium assortment usual at filling stations: in addition to Hungary’s most popular* hot dog, the pizza wrap, various menu offers complemented by cold soft drinks and beers, and the indispensable Fresh Corner coffee. Passengers can also enjoy the benefits of the MOL Move loyalty program – points collection, discounts, digital convenience, as they are already familiar from filling stations. The kiosk is open every day from early morning until evening.
The MOL Group’s long-term strategy SHAPE TOMORROW 2030+ places special emphasis on the development of Consumer Services. The company aims to get closer to customers, following the changing consumer needs, and offer solutions that make everyday life simpler, more convenient and more enjoyable – whether it’s refueling, a good coffee or a longer train journey.
