The export price of raw milk decreased by 20 percent in one year
According to AKI PÁIR data, the national average producer price of raw milk in Hungary was HUF 159.56/kilogram in November 2023.

In addition to a 0.07 percentage point improvement in fat content, a 0.06 percentage point improvement in protein content and a 1 percent increase in the base price, the average price of raw milk rose by 2 percent in November 2023 compared to October 2023, and was 25 percent below the average price of the same month of the previous year. The purchase of raw milk in November 2023 decreased by 2 percent compared to the previous month, while it was 2 percent more than in November 2022.
The export price of raw milk was HUF 177.76/kilogram in November 2023
Compared to the previous month, it increased by 2 percent, while compared to the same month of the previous year, it decreased by 20 percent. The export price was 11 percent higher than the average producer price. According to AKI PÁIR data, raw milk shipments increased by 12 percent in November 2023 compared to the same month of the previous year.
