Nestlé to buy Balaton chocolate bar brand

According to Hungarian Competition Authority (HCA) the fusion doesn't take a business superiority.

This year in April Nestle Hungaria and
Gyõri Keksz Kft. agreed about selling the Balaton chocolate brand
and the whole know-how, the mashines, promotion materials etc. After
an almost two months long process HCA gave green light to the
business.
