Germany’s REWE and Montenegro’s Voli plan to buy Slovenia’s Tuš
Tuš is Slovenia’s fourth biggest grocery retailer and now two retail chains have plans for acquiring it. One of the potential buyers is Montenegrin retail chain Voli, the largest employer in the country. The other possible bidder is the German retail giant REWE Group, which has around 3,300 stores in various European countries.
