The data is provided in the “2. s. annex on the data content of the annual report (2023)” which can be downloaded from the Nébih website at the following link: https://portal.nebih.gov.hu/-/a-nem-allami-laboratoriumok-bejelentesi-kotelezettsegeneg – completes you. All non-state laboratories involved in the food chain – performing food, feed, animal health, plant health, pesticide residue and soil protection tests – must submit the declaration on their activities in 2022 by January 31, 2023. The annual report must include, among other things, the number and results of the tests performed. The table containing the report must be sent to the e-mail address eli@nebih.gov.hu. In the subject field, the title of the annual report should be “name of the laboratory”.
So far, about a quarter of the laboratories required to report have properly submitted their data on their activities in the previous year. Nébih will request the report from those laboratories that do not fulfill the obligation specified in the law by the specified deadline during the official inspection.
