Credit cards are for getting over difficulties
According to a study prepared for MacterCard, Hungarian small to medium enterprises use business credit cards primarily as a source of short term bridge financing. According to clients, no fee should be charged for keeping a credit line at the disposal of clients, all transactions should be confirmed in SMS and various bonus and rebate schemes should also be available. At the press conference, László Krisán, general manager of KA-VOSZ ZRt. spoke about the success of the Széchenyi-card: HUF 360 billion of credit has been lent out using 75,000 cards.
