The Nébih has no informations about the paprika tests
The ministry and the Nébih have no informations about Greenpeace’s pepper-assessment. It was said that Moroccan and Jordanian shipments contained several contaminated samples.
Zsigó Róbert, Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) told at a press conference on Tuesday that the ministry and the Nébih have no informations about Greenpeace’s “pepper-testing action.”
Pleva György, the Director of Food and Feed Safety Directorate of the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) responded to the same question: “not yet.” He also added that the Nébih continuously monitors all the paprikas available in Hungary as part of a monitoring plan. (MTI)
