Nébih found an illegal pig farm in Pest County
Fifty-five illegally kept pigs were found by the National Food Chain Safety Agency (Nébih) in an Animal Husbandry site in Pest County that repeatedly violated the statutory regulations – told MTI on Wednesday.
They emphasized that the animal health status of the pigs kept on the farm was unknown, and that the animals were fed illegally with food waste.
Nébih drew the attention of livestock farmers to the fact that food waste is not strictly forbidden to use food waste for the feeding of animals in the Member States of the European Union, including Hungary. (MTI)
