The NÉBIH is increasingly investigating the autumn seasonal products
The National Food Chain Safety Office (NÉBIH) highly examines the quality and traceability of autumn seasonal vegetables and fruits at the markets as well as importers activities.
According to the notice of the authority sent to MTI on Friday, a a control took place at the Lehel Market Hall in early October. The professionals of the NÉBIH found the products at most retailers and primary producers ok but in case of 10 items the authorities ordered on-site destruction of about 200 kilograms of domestic and imported fruit products.
