A January regulation of the NGM caused an uproar among the hoteliers. Not only the small cash registers should be replaced to meet the regulations, but the operations of the central systems should be capable of providing informations online. From 28 February, such detailed reports shoould be included, that when and what services the guests used. According to the operators, it is technically impossible, on the other hand it raises privacy concerns, because the authorities would gain informations on the consumer habits.
