The Naponta Kft. buys the Székesfehérvár-based factory of the Cerbona Zrt.. The Naponta Kft. has signed an agreement with Agro Alba Zrt., the liquidator of Cerbona.

According to the communication, Cerbona’s whole extrusion business, the brand itself and 84 jobs were saved from liquidation. The extruded products of the company primarily mueslis, cereal bars and chips will be produced in Székesfehérvár. (MTI)
