NAK perplexed by WHO’s meat classification
The Hungarian Chamber of Agriculture (NAK) was perplexed by the results of the International Agency for the Research on Cancer’s (IARC – a WHO agency) study, which classifies red meat as ‘probably carcinogenic’ and says processed meat products carry a cancer risk.
