Nádudvari would increase the share of domestic fruit yogurts on the Hungarian market
Nádudvari appeared on the domestic fruit yogurt market with two new product lines. The company’s undisclosed goal is to further strengthen the role of food produced from domestic raw materials in Hungary. In the case of fruit yogurts, the proportion of imported products currently reaches 80%. Nádudvari’s new products, like all Nádudvari dairy products, are made from 100% Hungarian milk, which comes from the region around Hortobágy. Ecological sustainability is an important aspect for the company, in the spirit of this, the packaging of the new fruit yogurts is partly made of paper, and they also support their introduction with a tree planting campaign.
Based on the success of the layered cream yogurt family introduced last year, Nádudvari is introducing two new product lines: one is a layered cream yogurt with no added sugar, almost 0% fat, which will be placed on store shelves under the brand name Nádudvari Fitness, in forest fruit and cherry-vanilla flavors, the other a traditional fruit yogurt in two popular flavors – strawberry and peach. The products were created in the spirit of commitment to domestic production, a health-conscious lifestyle, and ecological sustainability.
“Our novelties are specifically aimed at those for whom health-conscious eating is important, as well as protecting the environment. Both product lines contain added vitamins C and D, which further strengthen the basically good properties of yogurt. Among other things, vitamins C and D contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. The layered cream yogurt family, which was launched a year ago, has now won the Value and Quality Grand Prize, which is a great confirmation that we are on the right track. We also try to reduce the environmental burden when choosing packaging, our 125g fruit yogurts are placed in paper-based cups, which can be easily and selectively collected after use.”
– pointed out Ádám Nagy, the managing director of Nádudvari. The company supports the introduction of yogurts with a special tree planting campaign.
