45 percent of the employers are planning wage increase for next year
According to DGS Global Research; For 2011 45 percent of employers are planning an average 4.9 percent payment increase, while last year only 37 percent planned an average slightly larger, 5.2 percent increase.
More than 500 employers participated in the study, employing more than 342,000 full-time employees. The 40 percent of the surveyed companies plan to increase the salaries of senior executives in 2011. In the case of commercial jobs, 41 percent of the employers are planning wage increases, and 21 percent choose long-lasting wage freezes – reports MTI.
