Job satisfaction has not changed much, according to a survey
The survey data in this year’s edition of the Hays Hungary Salary Guide come from the company’s hundreds of recruitment projects, which were based on the information of people in their database on the one hand, and their multinational and SME clients on the other.
According to a Hays survey, 48 percent of respondents increased their salaries in 2020, compared to 76 percent in 2019. According to them, this may be due to the fact that workers used to achieve higher pay, typically by changing jobs, but now they are more looking for stability. Thus, the primary source of higher salaries is the annual salary increase, and the second place is ranked by the change of job – the statement writes. (MTI)
