The multinational companies have the two-thirds of the tax benefits
The multinational companies in recent years, received almost twice large tax benefits from the Hungarian state, than the Hungarian-owned companies – reports Magyar Nemzet, on the basis of the tax office’s statement.
According to the statement; between 2006 and 2008, 23 thousand foreign-owned enterprises received a total of 185 billion HUF public burden mitigation. During that time, hundreds of thousands of Hungarian companies received only 97 billion HUF. 3 million people are working in the private sector. The multinational companies employ about half a million employees.
