Mol Vagyonkezelő Kft. and Trevelin Holding Zrt. acquired 15 percent of Waberer’s
Mol Vagyonkezelő Kft., owned by Trevelin Holding and Mol, bought a 15 percent package of shares in Waberer’s International Nyrt., Waberer’s announced on the stock exchange’s website on Monday.
They reminded us that an agreement was signed last December that Mol would acquire a 15 percent share of Waberer’s.
At the same time as the transaction, Mol and Waberer’s signed a strategic cooperation agreement, with which they will strengthen their business cooperation in the fields of complex logistics services, alternative fuels, energy efficiency developments and the green energy transition, they announced.
When signing the contract, Mol announced that the two large companies listed on the Hungarian stock exchange are currently cooperating in many areas: Waberer’s provides complex logistics services to Mol at several locations, while the Hungarian oil company sells, among other things, fuel and lubricants to Waberer’s, with which all the international is considered a strategic supplier in the field of both transportation and domestic distribution activities.
