Gyermelyi Zrt. is building a new mill
Hungary's leading pasta maker, the Gyermelyi Group is building a new mill. Due to the about 2 billion HUF investment, in addition to soft wheat and egg, durum wheat will also come from exclusively local, in-house sources.
Due to the development a daily 200 tons of soft wheat or 150 tons of durum wheat can be milled. The realization of the project will be a significant step in the group's history. With the construction of the new mill, the company will be self-sufficient from durum wheat, because until now the company had to obtain it from abroad.
The Gyermelyi products are made of strictly controlled, high-quality Hungarian ingredients can be made.
