– Our cook pupils know a lot, as only the ten best from the country made it here. There is a demand for good cooks everywhere. Hungarian cooks are respected all over the world, but they need to improve their knowledge of French culinary terms – said András Tusor, chairman of the jury at the final of the Excellent Pupil of the Profession competition, held as part of the Star of the Profession Festival.
