The new amendment would clarify the situation of Metro
If the parliament adopts the amendment of Szatmáry Kristóf (Fidesz) the Metro stores can not open on Sundays from 15 March.
According to the amendment, a new clarification would be included into the Trade Practices Act, which would close the loophole on wholesalers’ opening times.
The ban on Sunday opening was originally applied to the retail trade, but the amendment would clarify the rules even in case of the Metro stores which are operating as retailers and wholesalers at the same time. (hvg.hu)
