Metro Austria buys REWE Group’s AGM wholesale business

Metro Austria has acquired C&C Abholgroßmärkte GmbH (AGM), the logistics business of REWE Group that provides delivery service and operates 9 wholesale locations. Salzburg-based AGM has about 20,000 customers and in 2019 generated total sales of EUR 125 million.
