The possibilities of artificial intelligence built into the kitchen will also be presented at the trade fair
One of this year’s important kitchen trends, the possibilities offered by artificial intelligence, will also be presented at this year’s Kitchen Exhibition, which will be held between February 28 and March 2 at the Papp László Budapest Sports Arena.
The possibilities offered by artificial intelligence are no longer only visible in smart refrigerators that track expiration dates or create shopping lists, as the latest models are now also capable of making recipe suggestions based on the owner’s taste, eating habits, or dietary needs, the kitchen assistant dictates the recipe while cooking, or helps set the optimal baking temperature and time – the organizers’ statement to MTI reads.
Smart lighting systems automatically adjust the brightness and color tones, for example, providing stronger light for cooking and more intimate light for conversations. In addition, artificial intelligence can optimize the energy consumption of household appliances, but it also helps to recognize which devices consume too much energy and makes suggestions for more efficient use.
In addition to smart devices, the exhibition will also present several interior design trends. Among them is the Japandi style, which was born from the meeting of Japanese and minimalist Scandinavian design, which is characterized by natural materials, open shelves and handle-free furniture.
Renowned chefs and gastrobloggers will give presentations on the main stage and provide insight into current culinary trends. The audience can meet Gianni Annoni’s cooking demonstration every day, Roma cuisine will be presented by Bea Gáspár, and 1980s cake classics will be presented by József Bernáth. Éva Ambrus cooks healthy dishes, Mónika Pintér cooks free dishes, while Andrea Hargitai-Kovács and Szabina Tápai will introduce the basic steps of conscious nutrition.
