Maintaining mental health in company processes “Is art good for that too?”
Taking care of natural and social capital can present new challenges to company managers, therefore the KÉPEZŐ Galéria, in cooperation with Art is Business, is looking for answers with the new phenomena – ESG, employer branding, acceptance and inclusion, by involving well-known actors of the Hungarian business and art scene. , corporate branding, innovation and resilience – to questions arising in connection.
The six suitable courses starting in October are especially recommended for company managers, as well as HR, marketing and communication specialists. At the training, participants can also meet speakers such as Dr. Zsolt Szalay, associate professor, Ottó Feuertag, ESG expert, Gábor Martos, art writer, Balázs Szabó, deputy CEO of CIB Bank, Hajnalka Somogyi, head of the OFF Biennale, or Liptay Gabriella, Marketing and Communications Director of KPMG.
During certain occasions of the training, topics such as ESG, employer branding, creativity and innovation, inclusion and acceptance, future potential and resilience, and brand building are covered from an artistic point of view. At each of the lectures, in addition to top company executives, key players in the art world will help you immerse yourself in the topics.
In the field of ESG, specialists such as Ottó Feuertag, ESG expert, introducer of the Well rating system, will share their experiences with the training participants; Nóra Winkler, art writer, founder of Artmagazin and András Salgó, head of corporate communications at BMW Group Hungary.
Gábor Martos, art writer, Balázs Szabó, deputy CEO of CIB Bank, and Topor Tünde, art historian and editor-in-chief of Artmagazin, talk about art practices that can be well applied in relation to employer branding.
