The Managers’ Association and BOM have entered into a strategic partnership with the Hungarian Sportért Foundation and are launching a joint scholarship mentoring program
At the annual Future Manager Summer Party of the Managers’ Association, István Kapitány, president of the Managers’ Association, and Attila Szalay-Berzeviczy, chairman of the board of trustees of the BOM a Magyar Sportért Foundation, announced the launch of the joint scholarship mentoring program of the two organizations and signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
Since 2019, the Managers’ Association has been supporting young managers with the mentor program of the Future Manager, and in 2022 a new program called MasterClass was launched to help the development of more experienced managers. Within the framework of the large-scale mentor program organized twice a year, he also announced a scholarship program every semester to support young people under the age of 30, each time supporting a different community.
When developing the concept, the Managers’ Association defined its goals along three main principles: value creation for the next generation of managers, synergy-based knowledge sharing between generations of business life, and most importantly: playing a role in the development of future managers.
After the Future Manager and MasterClass Mentor Programs, which have taken place with nearly 250 mentors and nearly 350 mentees, the organization will continue its highly successful project in 2024. This summer, the professional management developed the program further, developed the portfolio of the expanded mentoring program for the following years, and together with the BOM Magyar Sportért Foundation, launched a large-scale scholarship mentoring program to support athletes.
