Greenpeace Hungary calls for the effective protection of bees
Greenpeace urges to work out an action plan to protect the bees and other pollinator insects in Hungary – Tömöri Balázs, Campaigner of the environmental organization told at a press conference in Budapest on Tuesday.
Tömöri Balázs presented Greenpeace Hungary’s study entitled “Méhpusztulás – az európai beporzó rovarokat és a mezőgazdaságot fenyegető veszélyek” (“Bee death – The dangers threatening the European pollinating insects and agriculture”). The study analyzes the causes of the decay of bees in particular the effect of neonicotinoids. (MTI)
