HAVI Logistics Kft. responds to the growing needs of its customers by creating a new, modern distribution center. The company, which has prospered in the domestic logistics market for more than three decades, approached Market Asset Management Zrt. with the need to develop a facility in Lower Germany with a floor area of nearly 18,000 square meters, with several temperature zones, and Market Építő Zrt. performs.
HAVI Logistics Kft. Since 1991, it has been providing complex food logistics services to its customers operating in the fast food and convenience retail business. In 2024, the company decided to build a new distribution center utilizing modern technologies, which also paves the way for the expansion of the customer base in the coming period. The building with a floor area of nearly 18,000 square meters includes both dry and temperate rooms, as well as rooms suitable for storing chilled and frozen products, thus meeting the highest food safety standards.
Market Építő Zrt., Hungary’s market-leading high-rise construction company, for the construction of the distribution center of the logistics company in Lower Saxony in accordance with the latest EU directives. is responsible, and the developer is its subsidiary, Market Asset Management Zrt. The latter company also takes care of the cooperation with HAVI Logistics Kft., as well as the search for and exploitation of tender opportunities that support modern implementation.
