BGA recently concluded a strategic cooperation agreement
BGA recently concluded a strategic cooperation agreement with the Competition Authority (GVH). Besides general rules governing the parties’ collaboration and its main fields, the agreement specifically allows for BGA to inform GVH about any competition related development on the FMCG market eg. abusive trade practices.
