This year, the Maltesers brand renews its commitment to supporting women
The Maltesers brand, famous for its delicious chocolate balls, renews its commitment to support women this year. It is proud to be at the forefront of efforts aimed at improving and strengthening the social position of women. She has been advocating for the support of women’s voices on an international level for years, and actively seeks to create content and initiatives that broadly reach women facing different situations. Their goal is to inspire women to face life’s challenges with humor and lightness.
According to KSH data, there are roughly 200,000 more male workers than female workers between the ages of 15 and 74 in Hungary. The good news is that the number of female employees increased by 27,000 compared to last year, while the number of male employees did not change significantly. These figures highlight that while progress is being made, there is still a need for companies like Maltesers to actively support the integration and advancement of women in the labor market.
According to experts, the active participation of women in business and public life brings many advantages not only to individual companies, but also to the economy and society. They find that teams where men and women participate in equal proportions not only perform better, but are also able to make more effective decisions than those where only men work. This observation supports the business, economic and social benefits of diversity and equality.
