Pigs are a key player in the survival
The Ministry of Agriculture, the Agricultural Marketing Centre and the National Association of Mangalica Breeders are promoting the consumption of pork for the tenth time this year in connection with the carnival celebration. The aim of the campaign, which runs until the beginning of Lent, is to draw the attention of consumers to the importance of buying pork, including the premium Hungarian variety, mangalica.
