The baths in Hungary received 31 million visitors last year
Last year, Hungary’s 200 major spas received about 31 million visitors. The developments of the spas will be continued in the following EU budget cycle as well – the Deputy Minister of State of the Ministry of National Economy (NGM) told in Budapest on Friday.
Horváth Viktória, Deputy Minister of State of the Ministry of National Economy (NGM), responsible for tourism told that one of the key products of domestic tourism is health tourism, of which 150 billion HUF flows into the economy largely through domestic spas and spa-based services. (MTI)
