Hungarian projects were successfully presented at one of the most prestigious international exhibitions of the real estate development industry on March 14-17. between at MIPIM in Cannes. The industrial real estate market, logistics and office and hotel developments were the focus of the Hungary-Budapest stand.
International investors with significant capital have inquired about our country’s real estate development trends, investment opportunities and current developments. The Hungary-Budapest stand was created jointly by the National Investment Agency (HIPA) and the Real Estate Development Roundtable Association (IFK) to promote investments in the capital and rural cities, and to explain the Hungarian investor environment, development directions, goals and opportunities. The main exhibitors are the Liget Budapest Project and the National Industrial Park Üzemeltető és Fejlsztő Zrt. (NIPÜF); professional supporter was CBRE, the world’s leading real estate consulting company.
The dominant real estate developers of the market – ATENOR, GLP, GTC, HelloParks (a member of the Futureal group), InfoGroup and WING – participated in the cutting-edge international army review with their latest, ongoing environmentally conscious and sustainable developments. Our two university cities, Debrecen and Szeged, were also presented. Diófa Alapkezelő Zrt. explained the macroeconomic and investment environment in Hungary, as well as the investment opportunities offered by real estate funds. The guest of honor at the Hungary-Budapest stand was György Habsburg, Hungary’s ambassador to Paris. The stand was visited by Olivier Klein, the French minister responsible for urban development and housing, who was guided around by Ambassador György Habsburg.
