According to Dr. Takács Hajnalka, there is no healthy lifestyle without awareness, but at the same time it is also important to clarify that most Hungarians do not put on most of their excess weight during the December holidays. Still, according to him, there is a solution so that you don’t have to stand in front of the wardrobe with a sense of guilt after Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
