More than half of Hungarians prefer digital payment
More than half of Hungarians prefer digital payment for the sake of speed and convenience, EVO Group told MTI on Wednesday, the results of an international representative study titled “Payment habits” conducted in partnership with Visa.
The data were collected in 14 countries, and Visa was a partner of researchers in eight Central and Eastern European countries, including Hungary.
According to the study, 57 percent of Hungarian consumers pay with a credit card when shopping. (MTI)
