The three-quarters of the Hungarians are doing charity in Christmas period. Most people offer money to children's homes – according to a representative survey made with the aim of making a large-scale fundraising more efficient.
According to the study 16 percent of those who surveyed would support an animal shelter three times mofre than those who would support a homeless hostel. The latter is only 5 percent of respondents. Most of them (60 percent) would support children's homes while one-fifth of the respondents (17 percent) would support institutions with people with disabilities – the survey made on behalf of the Immochan Magyarország Kft. reveals.
