The third of the Hungarians are saving regularly
One third of the Hungarian population is saving money on a monthly basis. Every second of them, about one-fifth of the total population have retirement savings as well – the representative survey of the Gránit Bank Zrt. and CIG Pannónia Életbiztosító Nyrt. reveals.
According to the communication sent to MTI on Monday, the saving aims in case of about two-thirds of the Hungarians to create an emergency reserve to cover unexpected expenses. 46 percent of the respondents put money aside for a specific purposes, such as a car, home, travel or purchase of household appliances.
