Hungarians are looking for all-inclusive services
Summer bookings have started, the number of which was already very encouraging in January, reports Turizmus Online. Hungarian travelers looking for an average 7.6-day vacation spend an average of 980 euros.
In terms of hotel categories, more than 84 percent of TUI guests in Hungary book their accommodation in four- and five-star hotels. In the case of the most popular Mediterranean destinations, the trend is clearly towards quality, all-inclusive services.
This year, among the medium-term destinations, Turkey, Spain and Croatia are in first place, 67 percent of vacationers booked their vacation to one of these three countries. In fourth place is Greece with its popular holiday islands (Crete, Rhodes, Kos). Turkey returned to the top of the list in 2023, the number of guests vacationing there increased compared to the previous year.
