The record truffle was exhibited at the Hungarian Agricultural Museum
Hungary’s largest truffle was transported to the Hungarian Agricultural Museum. The 1.28-kgs heavy truffle found in the Jászság was handed over to the museum by Fazekas Sándor, Minister of Agriculture on Monday.
The Minister stressed that it is worth to pay special attention to the Hungaricum and the Hungarian quality food products because they have a great break out potential for both the producers and both Hungary.
He noted that the Hungarian truffles are very popular in many countries and the truffle seasoned foods are premium products. (MTI)
