The Hungarian Marketing Association for the supply of the profession
The Hungarian Marketing Association is actively working for the future of the profession, so as the first step of its recruitment program, it welcomes students under the age of 25 studying professional higher education at this year’s Marketing Summit with Summit Youth tickets available for a nominal registration fee. The fundamental goal of the recruitment program is for the professional generation of the future to learn about current trends, challenges and the practical answers to them. Marketing Summit Youth, as a summit of future marketers, can ultimately make domestic brands and agencies more attractive to young talents.
Focus on the future of the profession: The main mission of the Hungarian Marketing Association (MMSZ), the defining organization of the profession, is to raise the reputation of marketing to an ever higher level by strengthening professionalism. In recent years, we have noticed in the marketing communication industry that it is increasingly difficult to find qualified young professionals with knowledge that can be used well in practice – says Hinora Ferenc, the president of the professional organization. MMSZ therefore plans to further strengthen its presence in two prominent areas in the future. One of these areas is education, in which it intends to be present throughout the year with training courses that provide comprehensive and specific knowledge. The other priority area is the education of professional replacements, for which the organization announces a replacement program called “MMSZ Youth Program”, the president of the association points out. As the first element of the program, the organization addresses the professional generation of the future with the Marketing Summit Youth initiative.
Marketing Summit Youth – the summit of future marketers: The Hungarian Marketing Association has been organizing the Marketing Summit for decades now, which has now developed into one of the most important events in the marketing and business life of Hungary. The goal of the organizers every year is to prepare the participants, with the help of the big guns of the profession, not only to successfully respond to the latest marketing, communication and business trends and challenges, but also to successfully implement technological solutions. At the same time, the main objective of this year’s Marketing Summit is that young people interested in marketing and communication can look into the secrets of the profession, so that it will be much more homely and attractive for them. According to Dr. Árpád Papp-Váry, vice-president responsible for education and international relations of the MMSZ, it is extremely important to show young people how they can use their knowledge in practice. The Marketing Summit Youth initiative offers a great opportunity for this, as here students can meet directly with the best domestic and international professionals in the profession, get to know the latest trends and technologies, and gather inspiration for building their careers.
