The Hungarian nuts have the highest quality in the world

The Hungarian nuts are the best in the world! Their nutritional value is higher, their maturation is earlier than the nutritional value and maturation of the world leader types.

Therefore it is is important to prevent them from dangerous stress diseases, that are specific for nut trees. At the Nut Meeting of the State Institute of Fruit Growing it was turned out, that last year, three new agents have hit her head up in the Hungarian walnut orchards.

“In 2012 walnut harvest decreased by about 20-40 percent on national level due to frost and the drought in September. However, the quality of the remaining fruit was perfect”- Bujdosó Géza, member of the State Institute of Fruit Growing told after the conference.
