Lufthansa Systems Hungária won the “Reliable Employer” award for the second time
For the second time in a row, Lufthansa Systems Hungária has won the “Reliable Employer” award awarded by the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DUIHK) through a tender. The honorary title recognizes companies that, thanks to their outstanding corporate culture, take care of the working and living conditions of their colleagues in an exemplary manner. The “Reliable Employer” award is awarded by the professional jury to successful applicants for 3 years from this year.
The German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DUIHK) has been awarding Hungary’s reliable employers since 2017. The purpose of the competition is to draw attention to the importance of good working conditions, as well as to make the given companies even more attractive to their current and future employees with the recognition. The winners must meet a number of professional criteria: the jury examines remuneration, social welfare benefits, activities related to health preservation, working conditions, and (further) training, development and career opportunities.
Lufthansa Systems Hungária won the prestigious award for the second time in a row, which was previously awarded to the company in 2022, for two years. The “Reliable Employer” title is valid for three years from this year, so the winners can hold the title from 2024 to 2026.
