Due to the strategic decision of Lidl Magyarország, since 2009 only Hungarian honeys can be found on the shelves of the chain. In addition to serving key customer needs, the company considers it important to support the Hungarian honey producers as well.

The honeys distributed by the Lidl Magyarország, are from 100% Hungarian suppliers since six years now. These are high-quality Hungarian designation of origin products from Hungarian suppliers. The company currently offers 4 types of products of three domestic suppliers to the customers.
