Lidl Hungary won the Top Employer award again this year
The independent “Top Employers Institute” awards the world’s best employers every year. This year, for the third time in a row, Lidl Hungary was included in the list of companies awarded the Top Employer qualification, and thus it can be considered one of the best employers in the country.
This year, for the first time, Lidl won the prestigious Top Employer qualification in all 31 countries where it has stores, and it won the Top Employer Europe title for the seventh time.
“We are proud that Lidl has become a Top Employer in every country in which it has a store. It is very important for Lidl that we offer our employees the best working environment in terms of personal responsibility, equal opportunities, teamwork and performance”
– said Judit Tőzsér, head of corporate communications at Lidl Hungary.
Companies with Top Employer certification are committed to placing their employees at the center of their business activities and providing them with outstanding working conditions. The Top Employers Institute evaluates companies using a questionnaire based on the information they provide. It covers 6 overarching HR dimensions and 20 HR areas, including HR strategy, working conditions, recruitment, training and wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion.
